1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (bytevault.com) or using any services provided by ByteVault Gaming Club ("ByteVault", "we", "us", "our"), operated by ByteVault Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services or facilities.
2. Description of Services
ByteVault operates a premium gaming computer club located at 42, 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore – 560038, India. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Access to standard and VIP gaming stations.
- Group gaming zone bookings.
- Esports tournament participation.
- Gaming lounge and social areas.
- Food and beverage services ("Fuel Station").
- Membership plans and day/weekly/monthly passes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements.
4. Bookings & Payments
4.1 Walk-in Sessions: Standard stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be made before the session begins.
4.2 Advance Bookings: VIP pods and group zones may be reserved in advance. Advance bookings require prepayment or a deposit at our discretion.
4.3 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
4.4 Refund Policy: Hourly sessions and day passes are non-refundable once commenced. Advance bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the session may receive a credit note. No refunds are issued for memberships after activation.
5. Code of Conduct
All visitors to ByteVault must adhere to the following conduct rules:
- Treat all staff and fellow gamers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises.
- No vandalism or deliberate damage to ByteVault equipment. You will be held financially liable for any damage caused.
- No use of cheat software, hacks, or any tools that violate game publishers' terms of service on ByteVault systems.
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on the premises.
- Outside food is not permitted in the station area; consumption is permitted only in designated areas.
- Personal headphones and mice are welcome; own keyboards may be used at designated stations only.
- Respect the maximum session time limit during peak hours when stations are in high demand.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the ByteVault website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ByteVault Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ByteVault and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or facilities. ByteVault is not responsible for any personal property left on the premises.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByteVault, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
9. Health & Safety
ByteVault maintains a safe and hygienic environment. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, or who poses a risk to the safety of others. Regular breaks from gaming are recommended. ByteVault is not liable for health issues arising from prolonged gaming sessions.
10. CCTV & Surveillance
For the safety and security of our customers and staff, ByteVault employs CCTV surveillance throughout the facility (excluding private pods and restrooms). By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded in common areas.
11. Tournament Rules
Participation in ByteVault tournaments is governed by specific tournament rules published for each event. General principles include fair play, use of approved hardware/software only, and compliance with referee decisions. ByteVault reserves the right to disqualify participants for violations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
